The welcoming service is good, the receptionist is very friendly. At first I wanted to give a perfect score, but the restaurant's service made me have a bad mood :( I hope that if I go there again, the service will be better. The air conditioner is not cold enough, I think it needs to be updated, and the smell of sewage from the bathroom can be smelled, so it's not comfortable in the bathroom. Overall it's okay, a recommendation for if you stay with family items in Muntok.
