Enter a small alley but not far from Malioboro. The rooms are beautiful. Comfortable. Clean. Okay service. Only the standard nasgor breakfast has no taste. Please improve. I really want to stay here again. With that price and close to St Tugu and Malioboro. That's enough. Could be another option.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious. Fried rice. But less spicy, the AC is okay. Clean bathroom. Only the TV channels are not good, bro. But most of all, staying here is quite comfortable.

The first time staying here, it turned out wow. Aesthetic place. Comfortable. It's only 50m from Yogyakarta Station, just crossing. Clean rooms. And in the instagramable outside area, you can take photos. It's close to everywhere, just don't get in the car. But overall nice. If you go to Jogja, you will stay here again. Thank you.

Minus: 1) The front desk communication method is not friendly. 2) Room number 9 has damp walls with large brown water spots under the air conditioner. 3) The road to the location cannot be passed by vehicles. 4) The trash can in front of the restaurant is very messy. 5) no mineral water/water dispenser available. Pluses: 1) Very close to the station, you can walk. 2) Can borrow helmets if available. 3) Can borrow prayer tools. 4) The air conditioner is very cold. 5) The room smells great. 6) Can early check-in. 7) Can be late check out. 8) The bathroom is clean, the water kenceng water heater works. 9) Very aesthetic place. 10) Many foreign tourists. 11) Family friendly

The rooms are okay, standard and clean. It's just that the employees aren't friendly, maybe it's because they're tired of not having friends, just one person in one shift. Waiting for a long time when I check in, at 2 o'clock I can enter the room. Breakfast is lacking, mostly vetsin euy. Then it's not said that if you enter a small alley, if you bring a rented motorbike like I did yesterday, you have to be guided from the main road. Pretty stiff. Drinking water is late. No toothbrush either. For the size of 500 thousand more, this is expensive.

Can check in early. Closer to Pasar Bunga Street than Sosrowijaya Wetan. If from Sosrowijaya Wetan, the road from the alley is far and there are too many turns and there are no "chocolate pawon" bars. If from the road. The flower market has a "chocolate pawon" bar just above the entrance alley. But maybe it's better to paint it a flashy color. For friends who want to stay here, if you get off at the Tugu Station, the back door is going to the left for about 10 minutes. There is the first alley at the top with the words "Chocolate Pawon" or the alley being written for Julan to eat with the residents of the alley. Enter the road 100m turn left and arrive. Same, please check the hot water. The 2nd day I stayed while taking a shower in the morning for a really long time waiting for the hot water. It's a shame if a small child takes a cold shower. Overall it's not bad. The plants may be less to be rearranged and cared for. Same with the cafe menu.

As expected, the atmosphere is beautiful because there are many plants. The hotel is a bit dull. There were several spots in the bathroom that were moldy. Tissue is not provided. The water heater doesn't work, from 3 nights I only get warm water (not hot). Breakfast at 8, so if you start your trip in the morning, you can't have breakfast first. Customer service via wa is not friendly. Let's improve it again, because this hotel is actually nice and interesting.
