I'm so glad can stay this hotel. Room was clean, service was good, so many facilities we can do in this hotel. This hotel also make activity for kids, that's why all of kids really happy. Breakfast in this hotel really delicious. Oneday I will back to stay here again!

The hotel staff is very professional and friendly. The room is very clean and spacious. The breakfast is great. Kids activity is awesome. My kids loved it. There is a bridge thst connect the hotel and the mall. Very recommended hotel in karawang city.

Thank you to the entire management team of Resinda Hotel Karawang, I stayed during the Eid holiday for 1 night, given a free room upgrade, from a deluxe room to a residential suite. Where there are additional kitchen facilities, bathroom bathtub and TV room. The strategic location is in the middle of the city and there is a special road from the hotel to Trans mart. So you can go shopping right away, just walk to the mall. The service at the hotel was also friendly and I was impressed by the employee a. N Mbak Anggia who patiently invites my children to play, and other employees are very friendly, always greet with a smile. The facilities are very complete, there is a nice swimming pool. There is a waterfall in the middle of the swimming pool, there is a playground, there is an outdoor game area, you can play archery, volleyball, bicycle, ball and others. Poko is complete. The rinse area in the swimming pool also has a spa and warm water bath. Very good for unwinding that got stuck in traffic during the trip. The food is varied and tastes good. It's very impressive staying at this hotel, hopefully you can come back and get a free room upgrade again.

Very friendly service from the moment you set foot in the lobby, friendly security and receptionists, swimming pool staff Mas Mustika and Ms (whose name I forgot) who always accompany the children while swimming so that your little one feels like a sultan, he said, service staff at the restaurant who really spoiled us who always offered food or drinks at breakfast and the receptionist Ms. Grace (if I'm not mistaken) who was very friendly when we asked for a late check out, over all the service I give 2 thumbs up, the rooms and other facilities are also cool.
