The key holder's contact person will contact you after the voucher is issued. The contact person's response was quite responsive. Rooms are clean and tidy. When checking out the key is entered in the entrance lobby mailbox.

Pertama kali menginap di apartemen ini, ruangan kamarnya compact sekali sepertinya cukup untuk 2 dewasa aja, kalau bawa anak-anak seperti saya harus ada yang mengalah tidur 1 di bawah๐
terlepas dari itu, kamarnya bersih banget, semua peralatan masak lengkap, air disediakan 1 galon, kulkas dingin, AC dingin, kamar mandi bersih. Staff dari Aparian nya juga ramah, komunikatif banget lupa tanya namanya, terima kasih ya mas๐๐๐
. Kalau fasilitas dari springlake nya lengkap ya, pool nya luas banget anak-anak puas berenang, fitnes outdoor nya juga terawat, lingkungan bersih dan akses ke mall summarecon mudah ternyata ada shuttle nya. Overall puas sekali menginap 1 malam di sini, will comeback for sure๐

Kamar persis seperti yang ditampilkan di aplikasi, bersih sekali. Disediakan peralatan masak lengkap, toiletries (tanpa sikat gigi & pasta gigi). Fasilitas kolam renang dan outdoor gym juga tersedia. Staff yang melayani kami bernama Pak Eri sangat ramah dan fast respons. Recommended.

Tempat bersih, nyaman, AC dingin. Fasilitasnya juga bagus, ramah anak karena playground luas & kolam renang luas, tempat gym outdoor juga. Hanya untuk handuk dan sprei ngga wangi, pastikan sudah dicuci setiap setelah pelanggan check out ya ๐ view bagus.

Check in mudah, nanti akan ada agent yang menghubungi untuk proses check in di lobby. Kamar bersih, wangi, AC dingin. Rekomen untuk yang mau staycation singkat di Bekasi. Meskipun kamar standar tapi bisa menikmati pool yang luas dan bersih.
