Starting from a friendly receptionist, delicious food, rooms that are really worth it at a relatively cheap price, you can get complete room facilities in the center of Surabaya, next time if you go to Surabaya, you will definitely stay here again. Thanks

The hotel is clean, 3 stars, get a carpeted room. Children feel at home and happy. The staff were very helpful, from the parking lot, they were assisted in carrying goods and parking the car. The check-in process was fast and when there was a problem with the bathroom door being locked from inside, the clerk fixed it quickly. Standard and tasty food. Access anywhere close

The rooms are super spacious and clean, for a really good staycation, there is a fridge too. The bathroom is also spacious, includes a hair dryer. Friendly reception, had a lock from the room but the clerk was fast. Overall very satisfying.

We really like the atmosphere of this room. The rooms are spacious, clean, neatly arranged, and the floors are carpeted. We felt safe and warm. From the first time I opened the door, there was already a large wardrobe that had enough space. Beside it, there is a kind of pantry that can be used to put food. There is also a small fridge. Then there are benches for bags and other luggage. The bathroom was super clean although the roof above the shower had a slight leak. (Haven't complained yet, but have been asked for a complaint and given an apology). 👍😊. If you want to go to the mall, you can even just walk. In front of the hotel there is also a food seller 24 hours. The hotel lobby is fragrant and there is a welcome drink that can be enjoyed by visitors. God willing, we will stay there again. NB. The carpet and sofa feathers sometimes fly. The television channel is not optimal and sometimes there are still ants on the screen.

The hotel is quite spacious, the rooms are deluxe. The shower is also okay, nothing is broken and not a shower, so the hair is not wet but the air conditioner is leaking dripping so it takes a long time to clean it (room 402) A bit disappointed with the limited breakfast, can't choose a lot of menus, can't eat freely at the restaurant even though the restaurant is quite spacious so it's a bit regretful that I booked + breakfast at all. The deluxe type mattress is also not soft and the pillow is not wide and too small.

The room is clean, there are snacks, there is a small sofa you can sleep on too, quite satisfied at this hotel.
