The hotel is really nice, modern and very elegant. The hospitality was very good, I asked for help to deliver the order to the room because there were only two of us with the baby. But there is 1 restaurant staff who is not very friendly in handling waffles. The rooms are also very clean, and the amenities are complete, only possible because the central air conditioner has lots of fine dust. TV is digital, can Netflix.🫶🏻.

Of the many hotels that I have stayed in around Surabaya, the center of the winner, the service to the friendliness of the hotel staff here is the best. Super clean hotel, cold AC in the lobby, hallway, and in the room. The hotel is new so everything is neat and tidy. Check in & check out is also fast, just a little problem when checking in because the staff issued the wrong name and my room but overall okay, breakfast was good. It's just that unfortunately there is no access from the car park in the basement to the lobby, so it's a bit inconvenient to have to push the suitcase. I also got the room on request, asked for a high floor and non smoking & it seems I can get a free room upgrade. So far so good, and finally, try a massage at the spa, worth it because the promo and massage make you relaxing. Thanks Royal Tulip Darmo, until next time.
