When check in in the room there is no towels,. Toilet very dirty, water very bed smell, phone not working, so I go to reception asking for towels. In the morning I went reception to clean the room complaint but there is no action at all. Reception staff are not friendly and helpful at all.

Room (3/5): Spacious room, clean and comfy bed, nice working table. Aircon works fine and fast wifi. Clean bathroom, anti-slip in the tub doesn't work well. Food (2/5): Breakfast doesn't have many options and wasn't too good. Service (3/5): Check-in took only 2 minutes. Broken flush but they fixed it quickly. Polite and friendly staffs. All and all its location is the most advantage, and rate is quite good value for money.

The place is comfortable near everywhere. Nice hotel. Best for 100 Sunsets Kuta Bali. Next time I want to come here again.

The hotel is cheap even though the facilities are really good. Get a room with a balcony with a swimming pool view. The room is spacious, I really like it.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are big and cleaned every day. If the sheets and bed covers just check first, if they are dirty, you can ask for a replacement immediately. For good facilities there is also a gym and swimming pool. Suitable for family stay. What is lacking is the taste of the food in the restaurant. The breakfast is rather bad, the taste of the vermicelli is tasteless, the cap cay is so salty that I want to vomit eating it. But other than that, this hotel is worth the money! Nice, clean and the staff is communicative, things are safe and close to everywhere too. Nice for a break.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable, I booked at superior when I checked in it turned out to be changed to deluxe for free with a pool view, but it's a shame that at night there were groups of children who came in they were very noisy running in the corridors and pressing the bell back and forth the room might be mistaken for my room, a friend's room. The rest is good, only the area is far from places to eat.

I've stayed here twice, the hotel is very comfortable, and it's close to the airport with cheap prices, really recommended for those who want to go to Bali to stay at this hotel

The room is quite clean and complete, there is a separate sofa and desk for working. Mini bar and fridge available. Hot water is not functioning optimally. Ample parking is available.

The room looks old, but there are 4 pillows for a queen size bed. This hotel is mostly used by study tour students, making it difficult to have breakfast in the morning. Fortunately there is a staff member named Mira who is very helpful in preparing food for guests outside the group who tend to get messy.
