Very disappointed with the guard not being able to stand by and not friendly at all, the room had fleas and was very unfit. First time I find a hotel like this. I want to check out at 4.30 am but the guard is sleeping in the room and the gate is locked. Critical

In the family suite there is no cupboard and the bathroom sink is leaking 🙏🏻.
