I stayed 2 nights. The FDA and Marketing staff are very friendly. Thank you to Mrs. Nicky Marketing and the female FDA who is on the afternoon shift on August 28 & 29 2023. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she really helped me and my family. Next time I will definitely come back.

Too tired to continue my journey, I decided to stay at this hotel to rest. The check-in process at the front office is very fast, the room is according to request, the view from the room is quite good, electricity, the facilities in the room function properly, the toilet is clean, equipped with toiletries. Service in the restaurant and the food served is quite diverse.

Nice placee, friendly and super helpful staff. The room was really good, got a free room upgrade because it turned out that the one in the book was full. Only the bathroom in the sink is not clean.

The experience was quite memorable, the food was pretty good, it's just a shame that the security and parking staff weren't there/not responsive, looking for a parking location in Baseman was a hassle, checking out parking out of the hotel there were no hotel staff, either security or parking. As if leaving not from the hotel.

When checking in it took a really long time to wait 2 hours, but was given a breakfast voucher. The swimming pool is broken and needs to be renovated.

Worst anniversary this year due to choosing the wrong hotel, I will not come back again and recommend the Swiss Belinn Karawang hotel to anyone ... I am very disappointed that this time the request for bed decor / swan towel was not granted even though a few days before checking in I was called by a hotel staff named pearl to confirm my order and said that my request would be granted, but in reality there was no goose towel, I was forced to make my own goose towel through a tutorial from youtube, the slice cake was charged 56 thousand even though I saw the slice price menu the cake is only 28 thousand, the balcony room upgrade is subject to a 30 thousand charge which turns out to be a very dirty balcony with lots of lizard droppings. Toothbrush, glasses, slippers are only provided 1 pair. Many basic ceramic swimming pools have fallen off, the wood beside the swimming pool is also damaged, if you are not careful you can fall, the rinse room lights turn off, you have to use a flashlight from your cellphone, there is no temperature check when entering the hotel, other hotels are late check out until 13.00 is not charged, here it is charged. The staff are not all friendly, some are indifferent, only food at breakfast & the quick check-in-check-out process is a plus here.
