All very good, the breakfast is pretty good anyway there are several options and I choose banana pancake, late lunch I order capcaya yes pretty but pretty much vegetables. My room is wooden room, cozy, romantic, clean, bathroom clean and spacious and beautiful. When I stay there are no other visitors just me and husband so like having a private pool. The scenery around is very nice. Very very comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

I booked the lowest price room, please provide food, shampoo soap and drinking water yourself, the facilities are lacking, but the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is very friendly.

I was disappointed because the hotel had a lot of dogs, disrkitar room, hot no air con no tv, location far from whatsoever, skali bad internet access. Money can't be returned when I order 7 nights, stay two nights there. The rest of the 5 night rent just disappears without a refund, the menu is bored, the service of missing the tickets is difficult. Quiet visitors, hot showers don't function sometimes sometimes disappear. Room order is not appropriate, order two bamboo rooms given a wall, narrow room, no cupboard, heat when outside and inside, if dark at night, lack of lights. Spooky location. Very disappointing for us traveler as a YouTuber.

Lodging with interesting view, good road access (use waze if first to this place), and clean rooms. The Wifi did not work properly, the breakfast was passable although not varied.
I booked a room with a wooden room type one month before arrival (and of course paid in advance via transfer), when it arrived, the room was already given to foreign guests. The hotel provided a cashback of 50,000 as compensation. But, whether any disappointment can be replaced with a nominal?
Local guests are not only moneyless, as well as foreign guests who know only in his country is a plumber. Service quality is the most basic thing that every hospitality industry should master, instead of customer satisfaction, consumer loyalty will be nil.
