Staying at The 101 OJ was pleasing. I chose this hotel because the location is at the centre of the city, close to many spots that I explored. The facilities are awesome, clean room, and I got a good view from the room. Will return to The 101 OJ again.

101 hotel is quite close to the city center, many restaurants and culinary places are also not too far from the hotel. Clean rooms, sterile from the covid virus, comfortable and spacious enough according to the budget. The reception staff and front office are also friendly, service is fast, plus another welcome drink is given to us. The breakfast menu is delicious and plus you can see the beautiful view of the Malang city from the sky cafe. Very nice.

The services was great!! all the hotel staffs was very helpful and warmly welcome us. It was located in a strategic location, all the rooms was also sealed before we entered our room (clean and disinfected). Great facility the pool and the fit club. I definitely would comeback here someday, thankyou!!

This hotel offers excellent service and the staff were very friendly from check-in to check-out.
The facilities are comprehensive, including an indoor swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and a rooftop area with a great view of Malang city with the mountains in the background.
I will definitely return here if I ever visit Malang.

Cool, the staff are friendly from CS, security guards, receptionists, engineering staff, especially when I wanted to borrow a screwdriver to fix my suitcase, after I lent it, the engineering staff helped me fix my suitcase, very kind, later if my family and friends want to go to Malang, I recommend this hotel.

I'm most pleased with a clean, comfortable hotel room, especially if the bathroom is clean and odor-free. The staff, from security to housekeeping, are super friendly, but it's a shame I didn't get a chance to try the food.
The location is quite close to the Klojen Morning Market, so you can get breakfast there while walking (600m).

The staff is very friendly, we were allowed to park the car at night even though we only stayed the next day because the Bromo climbing schedule was moved up a day. The staff is very friendly, we were helped to check in faster and the room key was delivered to the prayer room because we were waiting for the room to be ready there, the room is clean, the sports facilities are quite complete, so even though we are on vacation we can still exercise.
