Location is great, the 5th floor pool is amazing. Had a great time there at night with friends just chilling by the pool for hours. Rooms are spacious, new and clean. Superb finishing and highly recommended to any travellers.

Very good room and excellent service. Strategic location. Free minibar and free shuttle to double six beach. Very stylish interior design and very nice ambience. I stayed for 2 nights and definitely will stay here again when come to Bali.

Great location, close to shops and spas. Ten minutes walk to the beach , they provide hourly free shuttle . Rooms were nice and very spacious. Good breakfast selection.

Two grocery store nearby and they are open 24/7 also there is a super market Pintang not far from hotel with some reasonable prices. Thank you TS suites we really enjoyed

Amazing customer service! From the time we checked in to checking out, the employees were very attentive and helpful. They arranged our return airport shuttle, made sure safety while crossing the street, assisted loading & unloading luggage, etc., Lovely breakfast served in the dining room. Beautiful rooftop pool & hot tub where you can order drinks & food to enjoy.

They had a DJ by the pool on Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 5.30pm
The music was too loud. You could not hold a conversation. Time slot was inappropriate

We had a pleasant stay at TS Suites. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Our room was located on the 2nd floor, and while it was comfortable, there was some noise from the pool table above on the 3rd floor. The sound of the ball hitting the floor occurred fairly often, likely due to some enthusiastic players. Despite that, the overall experience was great. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, I’d definitely recommend TS Suites.

We enjoyed our stay in a Sky Villa at TS suites.
- Staff were always friendly and helpful.
- Breakfast buffet provided a solid spread of options to choose from.
- The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax as was our private pool.
- The rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean.
The hotel itself did need some maintenance attention such as the facade of the building looked poor, the pool tiles coming away, rusting window frames in the gym and bathroom fittings. We understand a maintenance program is currently underway to provide a bit of a refresh.
Overall, TS suites is a value for money option which I would recommend to others.

Giri the housekeeper is super friendly, professional and welcoming to the hotel. He keeps the rooms extremely clean. I was theee for 8 nights and cant fault anything. The breakfast team is amazing and engaging too. Its a 10/10 for me and I'll be sure to return!!
