Wow, really happy to stay here! Firstly, the receptionist is friendly, not rude. The room is fragrant, clean, beautiful, I like it, not very spacious but comfortable. It's complete with a water heater if you want to drink tea or coffee, the AC is cold, you don't have to wait long, the price is affordable, the location is also strategic. Looking for a moment together is really suitable, hehe. Anyway, I will staycation here again.

Book a deluxe room with a superior room taste. Very small and cramped. Usually I order a large deluxe room. But this time it's small like a superior room.

I arrived at 1:15, the room was ready and empty. I want to leave my bag and suitcase, but I can't because the info from the reception check-in specifically for Traveloka has to be at 14:00. Annoying experience because as an application customer, guests are number 2 right. Meanwhile, guests who go directly to the hotel can check in directly. Hotel management uses double standards.

Kamar hotelnya nyaman dan sangat dingin, sarapannya juga enak-enak. Cuman kamar yang saya tempati kamar mandi airnya agak tersumbat. Jadi lambat air mengalir. Selebihnya oke.

The toilet door can't close tightly and there 's hole without the blur rubber which cause the customer ain't comfortable with the toilet.

First impression was disappointing. The reception didn't know how to greet, he treat us like we were a trash. I gave him my deposit and my ID card, he put it aside for like 5mins until he took it impolitely. That's not hospitality standard. We booked a room for 3 person, they give 4 towels, but only 2 mineral water and 2 slipper. The room was very dirty, lots of hair on the floor, found a paper receipt from previous guest under the side table, a lot of hair inside the mini bar! And the bathroom, seems like it didn't clear properly for long time ago, floor was dirty, water sink as well. Toilet flush not working, we need to fix it by ourselves. Hairdryer only working for like 3mins then turn off and we need to wait for awhile until it can be on again. We prefer no facility was provided but whole place is clean. Surprisingly the restaurant was good enough, the food was good, service was good, only cleanliness need to improved.

The room is incredible dirty and the breakfast was not edible, maybe cooked over night 🙄. And no wifi are working is caused a lot of trouble for me. For sure Won't go back for the second time.
