Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, strategic location, pleasant room interior, but there was still a lot of dust in every corner and there were also spiders on the bed. Overall, it was pleasant.

My first time staying at this budget hotel was an unpleasant experience. The room was extremely dirty and filthy, with numerous insects (ants) on the floor, table, and mattress. Furthermore, there were numerous food crumbs, which attracted insects. The room hadn't been cleaned at all. The mattress and bedcover were also filthy, lacking hair, feathers, and stains. The sofa also had traces of powder that hadn't been cleaned. I arrived at night around 10 p.m. and immediately took a shower as soon as I got my room key. After I finished, it became clear that the room hadn't been cleaned at all by the previous occupants. I asked to move rooms and was told by the receptionist that all the rooms were full due to the long weekend. When I asked for a refund, I was given two alternative rooms. The room attendant helped me check the two rooms. The twist was that both rooms were also full of insects (ants) on the mattress and floor. The room was also unsanitary. Finally, I asked for my room to be vacuumed again, replaced with a new bedcover, and the sofa, which had a lot of powder stains, to be cleaned with a wet cloth. (Imagine I arrived in Jakarta at 6 a.m. and still had to wait until 11 p.m. until almost 12 a.m. for the room to be cleaned.) The male receptionist was unhelpful at all. Only the room attendant helped me clean the room again and repeatedly apologized for what happened. The location is very strategic, but the bathroom is tiny and definitely wouldn't fit a larger person. The breakfast menu was also mediocre and the variety was very limited, in line with the budget hotel. I will definitely never return again.

Comfortable, easy to reach and close to the city center. In the morning you can jog at Gasibu Field, the distance is only a few meters.

The location of the hotel is very strategic in the middle of the city, close to Gasibu field and Gedung Sate. Finding food is also easy because on the right side of the hotel in the Covid park at night there are dozens of food vendors gathered there and on Sunday morning there is also a spillover market there, not only food is sold, all kinds are available. Unfortunately, because it is on the side of the highway at night the sound of traffic can still be heard, noisy. We stayed on Saturday night, in the middle of the night there was an illegal race, the sound was very loud and disturbed the comfort of sleep.

This hotel is very strategic, but the room atmosphere is not comfortable. There is an unpleasant smell from the bed. Although the price is cheap, hopefully Vio Hotel can improve the room facilities they have. Towels are not absorbent.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms, when we arrived there was only 1 even though we brought a baby. It's okay. There is no refrigerator/chiller in the room, it's okay for that price, when I wanted to leave breast milk and baby food in the freezer, it turned out the hotel didn't have a freezer either. What a disaster for us who had to store breast milk and ice gel that had to be frozen. Oh dear, it seems like just one stay here.

It's actually really good, but in some corners it's really dirty like next to the refrigerator, in the corner of the sofa, under the sofa stairs, in the corner of the cashier too, so it's a bit uncomfortable, maybe more attention could be paid to the cleanliness, the rest is really good, the staff are all friendly but it seems like it's not soundproof enough because I can hear the sound of the toilet next to my room, the price is also really affordable for such a good room and yesterday I got an app voucher so it's even cheaper, it's a bit congested on weekends around it because there is CFD at the Monumen Perjuangan, so far it's still okay.
