Perfect place for family with kids. Totally convenient, warm and kind staff. Been back here quite frequently. We also can work from home here while watching kids swim. Highly recommended!

this place is so quite and nice. so clean, kind and nice workers. even I came early 2 hours they kept my bags and gave me drinks in the pool area. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Jakarta. amazing hotel ๐๐ผ

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was on the ground floor facing the garage. When we entered the room, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. There were used towels in the bathroom. Last year, I stayed in a room inside the house (it seems like a higher level than the room I just stayed in). Last year, the room was clean, nothing unpleasant. Is it true that different rooms have different levels of cleanliness? Last year, we were still able to refill drinking water. This time, we were given one bottle of mineral water per person per day. The receptionist wasn't on standby when we arrived around 11-12. We could only leave our luggage but couldn't process the credit card (C.I). The credit card process still had to wait until 2 pm. We used a deposit.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, the hotel location is quiet and safe, the rooms are spacious, clean and fragrant, if one day I will be doing activities in this area, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is friendly, the security guard is also nice, very homey, child-friendly, access to the main road is not too far, you can walk to the MRT, Lotte Mart, want to buy coffee, lunch, dinner, there are many choices nearby. Get room service every day with good results. The swimming pool is comfortable. Next time if I go to Cipete, I want to stay here again.

This hotel has a strategic location, just a 5-8 minute walk to MRT Cipete. Room quality? Don't doubt it. One that I recommend for the South Jakarta area. Smart TV and a cozy and homey atmosphere... Top!

for the umpteenth time back here....๐๐๐super comfortable room....just right there is a swimming pool..for little ones...although yesterday there was a little problem with the AC...but the staff was very friendly by changing to a super comfortable room again....thank you....

Love this place so much, it really feels like home and it's clean! The security guard who is on duty from morning to evening is friendly, very kind, and very funny but I don't know his name, see you when I see you, home and the security guard.

It was just okay. The hotel might be too expensive for its average service: hotel receptionist was too firm and not friendly enough, room was a bit dusty and smelled of dust when I checked in, a broken shower tap, backyard was messy with housekeeping stuff and staff chatting, swimming pool which is supposed to be its main attraction is actually small and can only fit for children and they don't have the "Cleanup/Do Not Disturb" sign so we need to request manually for a room cleaning. TV is unnecessarily big and food was nice on day 1 but the next day was so so. However, the other staff are friendly and helpful, the surrounding is nice as it is near cafes and MRT stations. Overall, it was a 7 out of 10 experience for me.

Worth for money. With a very affordable price but can get good facilities and services. Get free breakfast too. The downside is the water heater doesn't seem to work well (?) because the water doesn't feel so warm. But that's okay, with this price I'm very satisfied.
