Stay away of this hotel at all cost!!! The pictures are all lies!!! The hotel looks nothing like the picture at all. The aircon is not cool at all. We were sweating in our sleep. The building is dirty, rundown, old, and dark. The location is far from everything. There was no amenities in the room. Not even a proper table to put our lugage. The water from the bathroom will float the bedroom when we take shower or use the toilet. Stay away from this hotel!!!!!

Very fun and really recommended for holidays in Surabaya but the atmosphere is like at the top of a very beautiful mountain. The check-in process is also fast. Clean the hotel. The room is spacious. Hot water works, AC works, everything works fine and decent. Spacious outdoor parking. The swimming pool is a bit far from the hotel to enter the front parking lot. The pool is clean and very spacious. There is also a playground. Breakfast is delicious, there are many variants of the menu, you are free to choose and add is also free hehe. Friendly staff. The atmosphere is really like at the top of a mountain, it's very beautiful, calm, and fresh, you don't need to be tired and go out of town, just go to the whiz prime hotel, Darmo Harapan, Surabaya. The price is very cheap again. Free swimming and breakfast too. Will come back here for sure.

Pretty good hotel, good service, polite staff. Comfortable, beautiful atmosphere like a villa. At night there is a cafe with acoustics. Extensive gym & swimming facilities. Anyway, recommended. Near Hokky supermarket. Only the AC is not cold enough.

The atmosphere is calm, the rooms are clean, in front of the hotel there is a tent cafe, the swimming pool is really clean, the breakfast may be able to be up again and the menu may be added with fruit maybe so that it is complete.

When I go to Surabaya, I always stay at Whiz, Residence or Prime. Affordable prices, strategic location near everywhere, cool, shady area, not noisy, friendly staff, near shopping centers, at night you can hang out at the cafe, there is live music, there is a Hokky supermarket, only the breakfast is lacking, but the breakfast price is appropriate .

I ordered a superior type, thank you for being upgraded to a deluxe with balcony, the room is pretty clean, the air conditioner is cold, the hot water works well, unfortunately the kettle leaked so I didn't dare to use my parents, close to hokky shopping, in front there is a tent cafe, the swimming pool is very large.
