I’m so regret to say, actually I’m not in this hotel because the flight was cancelled by the airline, but I forgot to process the cancellation of this booking, I just realized today 5 January which is the check out time. Please consider that i’ m not stay at all in your hotel and please understand that this time impossible to travel there. I really hope the hotel can refund my money because I’m not stay there. Your consideration really appreciated and good luck for your hotel in the future and hopefully one day I’ll stay there. Thank you 🙏🏻
