They are very helpful and very kind.. they let us stay at their lobby for ages even though we already check out from the hotel. Very pleasant to stay with them!! They have seven eleven under their building (which is very very good for muslim traveler who can find meal 24 hours)

great choice to stay. room was spacious enough, compared to other hotel I stayed at in tokyo and osaka. they gave you night gown and two pillows each (great for those of you guys who are used to having bolster at home). This hotel also provide you with free bicycle rental (you will find it very handy to travel by bicycle in kyoto). The place is very near to nijo castle and karasuma oike station. definitely will come back again if I visit kyoto in future.

Good hotel. Great location, only a minute walk from Kawaramachi Sanjo bus station and Nishiki Market. Unfortunately, wifi doesn’t work properly at night. Staff was great, checking in and out is super easy. They have the laundry room on the 2nd and 3rd floor which made it easy to wash our clothes. Room size is okay for two people, but we could’ve benefitted from bigger space.
