The hotel is not far from the station and supermarket. It's quiet and clean, and the staff are really nice. The mountain view from the window is amazing, and the breakfast is delicious.

Overall experience was great. Even though the hotel building is old, but it is very clean and comfortable. The location also very strategic near the train station and mcdonald.

A comfort place to stay, very quiet, clean &affordable price! the only problem is the receptionist staffs do not speak english. Recommended for those who want to stay at Nikko and enjoy traditional Japanese room with great view :)

It's hard for people without cars. Because the accommodation is far from the station.

The service was excellent! The front officers were very friendly and helpful. Recommended for those who want to visit Utsunomiya.
