The room is big enough for a family and also the staff are so helpful to the guests. There are buses to and from the airport so it makes things easier for us. And also the breakfast is so delicious. Thank you.

Good size comfortable room. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Free shuttle from and to airport, Aeon and JR station.

The room is quite big, the bed is also big for a hotel in Japan. It is indeed a bit old-fashioned, it can be seen from the bathroom floor and ceiling near the door that it looks old. However, it is clean, complete with amenities, but there is no free drinking water in the room. The hotel staff is friendly, polite and speaks English. There is a shop on the lobby floor selling convenience store, drug store and souvenir items (the shop is not open 24 hours). It seems like there are vending machines on every room floor.

We were pleased to have stayed at this hotel. The location is close to the airport, so it's perfect for tourists who have to catch flights. The shuttle bus service is also on time, so you don't have to worry about arriving late at the airport. Overall, the hotel is clean, has complete facilities, and is comfortable. Recommended!

Its clean and the service was very good. Check in was very fast and they have airport transfer with a very helpful driver. There's a mini market plus souvenir shop at the hotel also drugs and cosmetics store also. Their bed was very big compare to the other hotel in Japan.

Booked this after our flight got late to arrive at narita. It was the correct choice. The room is really sufficient for family of 4 people, close to the airport (taxi costs 1200 yen) but they provide bus to the airport as well. A really well maintained hotel, easy to access and really help us to get rest after a long flight.

Very nice and clean hotel near airport, shuttle bus to and from Narita airport available every 30 minutes. Breakfast also very good.
