Good location and for budget wise, but not for those who seek comfort. At first, the room seems fine, but my sleep didn't comfortable, I felt itchy all nite. Seems didn't clean properly, the carpet was very dirty, dust, hairs found. I kept sneezy all the time.

I frequently visit JB, like twice a month, and KSL is my choice hotel to stay for the weekend! Fast check-in and great rooms. However, recently one elevator at tower two is down, throughout my stay. When checking out between 11am to 12:30pm, it ' s madness! The elevators were unable to accommodate to the sheer number of guests going down. The elevator system is not smart too, when full, it still stops at every level, causing a lot of time wastage for everyone. Longer waiting time for guests to get to level 1. This is not the first time, they should look into the elevator system and upgrade.

No television in my room, I don't know that is standard or not. Many hotels that I had visisted the room has television.

While the rooms and amenities available were pleasant, there were no check out statements/receipts issued and later found that there was an UNAUTHORISED charge of MYR51.50 charged to my Card! Still waiting for an explanation. 😡.
