2 Stars Hotels in Kota Bharu City Centre, Kota Bharu

The 3 days 2 nite stay was okey except that the breakfast menu was the same and no changes made. We expect the management/F & b manager to change the menus to different food like Mee Goreng Mamak, Fried Rice etc. The heavy food/dish is the same for that 2 days, for example Nasi Dagang! The coffee section using the coffee machine should be improved and upgraded to a better one to serve better & tastier coffee.

Easy and simple check-in process, spacious and clean lobby, spacious and clean bedroom worth the price. Breakfast buffet with a variety of food and the most delicious grilled meat kerabu rice.

Ask them if the hotel is ok for oku using wheelchair, they said yes, but when we arrived, it is not, starting from the parking to the room, its hard to use wheelchair, need someone to help lift the wheelchair, and there, only one lift can be use, need to wait longer to arrive room, the room quite bad, toilet smell bad, the floor slippery, at the window, full with birds s**t. For sure will never come again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast OK. Great location. Night market every nite easy to find food.

Good location. Big parking spot. Hopefully, they can speed up the renovation process.

No hot water for shower and no bathing foam.

The room is small and not very clean, the lift slow and the TV no working.

Love it! Everything is good and satisfied.
