The staffs are friendly. Room is clean and cozy. Breakfast is tummy satisfying with a lot of varieties. My 1 year 7 months old daughter loves the creamy pasta! My husband loves staying there.

I should give credit for this hotel. I stay here for my honeymoon. This is the best hotel ever stay in Langkawi. Check in counter was friendly,they greet me and husband from the entrance. The check in was excellent and so very fast. They had prepared my room and it was really good.The facility was excellent. Breakfast was serve and arrangement was so amazing. Various of food being serve. Me and husband also being given complimentary voucher for massage and rooftop cafe drinks. The room was spacious and clean. I can give 10 star for the room. The rooftop cafe was so exciting. Me and husband can enjoy free drinks and order food and that really enjoy chitchat with fresh air at night with nice songs played. Gym facility also tiptop. Swimming pool also nice. Overall I will recommend this hotel to others. You should stay at goldsands. I can give 10star! I will repeat tonstay at this hotel when go to langkawi. I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel located just a quick 100-meter walk from the hig complex. The hotel 's proximity to the complex made my stay incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and professional. The overall experience was great for the price. If you're looking for an affordable place near the hig complex, this hotel is a solid choice.

Their service is tiptop. The staff was so friendly. The process for upgraded room so easy. The place is quite calm and have beautiful sea view. Very recommended especially travel with kids 👍.

The room is spacious but have to try and error the use of fan switch since it is written in Mandarin. The door for shower is not fix yet hence it wet the floor when we took the shower. Since the day we arrived, a lot of guests staying there but it seems that they didn't prepared enough food for breakfast. Other guests have to wait for the breakfast to be refills.

The staff were all friendly and nice. The reception and lobby area was very nice. However there 's a sense of no security when you go up into your room. The hotel is shared with office space, and anyone from the public has access to the corridors.
