1. Booked for 4 rooms, 3 rooms ready at 3pm, 1 room (126) ready at 4pm (at first 430pm, after chase few times, ready at 4pm) 2. On travel agents website, check in is at 2pm. 3. RUDE front desk, never say sorry for any inconvenience:-I) we have to ask few times for room readiness. Ii) they treat us like a beggar as if we want to stay for free at their property. I) without proper end conversation over the phone, she just hung up like that. Iv) Housekeeping come to room 126 at 11.30am, knocked 2 times & just open the door using master key with the reason to clean up the room. At 11.30! Room & environment = value for money. Recommendations or come again = definitely not.
