Best Hotels in Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur

Room is spacious. Deposit rm200. Parking need to pay rm15 per stay. Rooftop swimming pool need to pay rm12/person per entry. My room ' s door cannot lock! Overall room is OK but only few cutleries given, many hidden charges like parking and swimming pool/gym. If no hidden charges I would have given 3 stars.

The good thing is, it was nice capsule hotel. AC was cold enough. Clean. The staff lady in night shift was friendly. The problem is, far from LRT or MRT station. But you can get by grabcar or AirAsiaRide. Oh I forgot something, the shower was hot and it was difficult to set to cold water.

Bad service, need to have 300RM for keycard but Tom I'm back my country. No choice and Swimming pool need to pay for use 10RM not free. Everything not free although you already paid for room 👎🏻 old room and have just good view at swimming pool, and bad service in lobby, no bellboy, poor staff at pool

Does not match my expectations

Overall bad. Time check in regret stay at here 🥹🥹.

1. give me parking pass with out my elevator pass..my family waited 15min until some one come to open the door for us. No apology given. Saying because they have upgrade my apartment...so no need apology I guess. 2. Room is not clean and the floor is dusty. 3. Given room with cinema.. but the room seems not ready...everything not plug in...no internet no tv. Nobody come to teach us how to use. 4. After over 1 hour tech came to fix the issue but failed. 5. Offer to change room after 2 hours check-in.
