Staff was friendly. Upon check in there is no towel in the room. Need to wait for staff to send it. Which took for us a while before we can do outdoor activities.

Staff-3/3. Housekeeping-1/3. This was our 2nd time here. We faced the same issue regarding towel. No towel and toilet mat provided and had to request manually.

Really great place to stay. Only 3.6 km to klcc park. Big room, spacious, fully furnished with lot lot of facilities like hairdryer and ironing. Kid friendly. Very big pool. Compared with the price, it was really worth it.

We book signature but they upgrade our room to premium and it was so clean and neat but the only problem we encountered: theres no wifi available for our room because the room is still new but its OK everything okay 👍🏼 we had a pleasant stay with cheap price ihi.

This place is awesome😍. We are enjoy to staying at here. The room is clean and spacious also comfy.

I was staying at Chambers Kuala Lumpur 5 sense for 3 nights from 24th May till 27th May. I understand they operate like Air BNB or residential suite. I was really unhappy with the way customer were treated there. Upon checking in at around 7pm on 24th May, the staff who was the one helping to check in wasn't friendly and the service was very slow. Had to wait almost half hour just for him to check and confirm my bookings. Apart from that, the way they had handle our enquiries as shown in the picture, was unapproachable and nonchalant to customer Apart from that, customers were charge parking RM10 per day. I've stayed at other residential suite or apartment suite but they didn't charge us for parking fee. For example, Chrisenbel Suites - Pinnacle PJ, which had given me complimentary parking because I was staying for more than 3 days. Customer should be given complimentary parking as we are already paying to stay at the property. The instructions given by the staff wasn't clear. To find the rooms wasn't easy because as soon as we got off the lift, it looks as though we had reach the floor to our parking. There should be signages directing guest to their rooms. On top of that, towels can only be change after 3 days of staying. I had a mishap where I needed an extra towel, I had enquire to ask for another towel and they had told me that the towel is still at the laundry and can only be change tomorrow. My goodness, if you are operating a residential suite or air BNB, this kind of thing should have been on stand by for guest comfort.

Very good experience to stay in this place. Spacious room and completed.

Good hotel same as picture in traveloka, but for bathroom, the bathroom needs to be improved in cleanliness and fragrance, because it smells a little bit not good, thank you for house keeping already clean our room.
