we had a great stay at hotel indigo kuala lumpur. staff was prompt and very helpful with our requests. the rooms were modern and gym/pool was well maintained. really appreciate the cold lemon water in the gym! keep up the cleanliness and good service!!

This place was like staying at a posh cottage in the rain forest. The decor was green and sustainable and gorgeous. The food was top notch from room service to full dinner in the restaurant. It’s definitely worth it to get the breakfast upgrade. It was an incredible place.

Good location with fair price

Nicely designed rooms

All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit.

Hotel was in a good place, and very clean! The breakfast was very good. Great place to centre yourselves.

Great location, very central, bar and restaurant staff extremely good and guest-focused. Breakfast was exceptional - great range.Nice pool, very clean but only 7 beds - they need more beds or furniture around the pool!

I've checked in to the room #: 1312. Room is very closed to a abandoned old building. The view was terrible and it felt like you are living in the underground when you entering the room. I had have tons of goose bump when staying in the room. No reception answering the call after 10pm when I would like to change my room. It could be a haunted room as I complained about that next morning. The management was willing to upgrade my room to a Suites with KL Tower view for only RM100.00 extra per night. I stayed there for 5 nights.

Great hotel, lovely staff

The rooms at Hotel Indigo have character and are very spacious. The only downside was that my room faced an office so the privacy blinds had to be down all the time. It was very convenient to the Petronas Towers, Pavillion shopping area and bus stops but less so for the metro. Would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful experience

Great service/staff. Room was great. Pool was amazing, rooftop level. And breakfast buffet was 10/10

If you book a standard room at this hotel you will be face to face with office workers in the next building when looking out your window. Other than that, it is a really fine hotel, with a first class roof top pool, and good breakfast.

Hotel was new and in good condition. Design was nice. However the service was really poor and worse than a 2 star hotel. Starting with check in, I arrived at 2, but was informed the room won’t be ready until 4pm (usual check in time is 3pm) without any valid reason. My stay was a 3 night stay under 2 bookings, which I reminded the front desk 2 times upon checkin, but of course they were able to mess it up. So after my 2nd night of stay my key cards stopped working and I get locked out of the hotel room - 2 times, because I had to tell the front desk 2 times about the arrangement. Valet parking. No clear instructions from the staff, one asks you to go to level 5 and then level 5 asks you to go down to level 4. Very misleading communication and not very eager staff to say the least. Room service speed was slow. I asked for an ice bucket and it took them close to 50 mins and calling them 3 times. And the lady at the reception was so arrogant and was trying to blame the slow service on the room service team. Talk about team work. I’ve been staying at many other Indigo hotels and I’ve never experienced such service. Knowing it’s not a 5 star so it’s not going to deliver service like a four seasons, but the level of service just makes it super inconvenient.

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff. The only downside was the poor view out of the hotel window.

Good service

Excellent modern style hotel with large standard rooms. Very clean, great staff, and excellent buffet breakfast! Loved the hotel style and decor thoughout, one of the nicest designs we've stayed in. Convenient location for walking about. Highly recommended!

Brand new hotel which was fantastic. Room had everything you would want, good sized bathroom, great decor and nice big TV. Breakfast was good, the bar at the top of the hotel had great views of the KL tower and it had a well equipped gym. Would definitely recommend
