Bed is comfortable and room is clean. High water pressure for shower. Booking for Queen bed, but the bed is combine two single bed for us (I guests maybe hotel full house). Breakfast is delicious especially Nasi Lemak. Inform the staff what would you like to eat and the staff will take for you during this Covid season. Free parking for hotel guest.

It was a great experience with the new concept of hotel that give such a new perception and hostility. Wonderful, fun and modern hotel. For sure I will come to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Only hotel on our trip where no-one offered to help us with our backpacks,rooms a little dark and the pool had stones in it and looked a little murky,excellent location in little india overall average would probably look elsewhere if visiting,

The room we were given initially had a broken air conditioner after the first night. Despite several attempts to fix the problem, it was unsuccessful and we ended up having to change room but from a double bed (which I requested in my booking ) to two singles. It wasn’t ideal but with a working air conditioner, it makes up for it.

Ibis in Malacca is located close to old town. But the property shows it's age. A pool area is much smaller, then pictures suggest and the rest of outdoor space is mostly concrete. The breakfast buffet was average.
But for one night it was OK.

Overall its an excellent hotel to stay in terms of cleanliness, comfy beds, friendly staffs, convenient n walkable to varities of restaurants , to Jonker Street n many more.
It gives good vibes n our stay for 3days 2 nites was a very pleasant n enjoyable one.

Slightly rundown and dated property. Had noisy upstairs guests so asked to move rooms. Got put next to the HVAC unit which was only slightly less noisy😗. Breakfast wasn’t great. Easy walk to Jonker st precinct.

We spent 4 nights here. Room was clean and cleaning service was sound. Sheets and towels can be upgraded as there were minor wear and tear - most likely related to the age of the establishment. Bottled water can also be improved as it taste weird so we went for mineral water from the local supermarket. Super convenient location and walkable to all the main venues as a tourist in Melaka.

A nice hotel, big room, big bed. The rooms not soundproof so you can hear kids in other rooms. It’s a big, busy hotel, so between 7.30 & 8.30 the breakfast area is a feeding frenzy, eat early or late .
