Somehow the stay was good but it could have been better if the food was great! They buffet breakfast before and I understand that due to the pandemic they are unable to do so. We were served a tastless fried chicken with dried garlic, garlic fried rice and an oily fried noodles. They could’ve prepared a better breakfast for us, like fried eggs, tocino, hotdog or they could’ve have asked us what we want. The food was a real disappointment!

I want a refund. The staff weren’t accommodating at all.
I am satisfied with the hotel considering its affordable price. It is not as luxurious as the other hotels, but considering its location in Cubao, it was the perfect place for us to stay overnight. We travelled from the province so we paid less than P500 for the extra hours before our check-in time. Overall, it is a good place to stay.
I'm glad it 's now open to staycations. We missed this hotel for 2 years! It 's always very enjoyable to check in here because of the comfortable bed, clean room, cool air-conditioning, big TV and free fast WiFi. Of course, all of these conveniences for an affordable price.
Lots of cockroaches in our room. So disappointed.
They over delivered when it comes to room comfortability and staff service. We wanted a late check-out yet we booked on a date with high demand of people staying in (Feb 14) so we understand if they weren't able to grant our late check out request even we checked in at 6pm of Feb 13. We will surely recommend this to our friends! Hope to come back soon for a nice weekend stay.
My family stayed there overnight and they said the room and amenities were great but the staff, not much. They requested for a room upgrade but it took them an hour before they actually entered the room (even though there are not much customers checking in during that time) because one of the staff took the keys and went somewhere else. There seems to be a miscommunication between the staff which made my family wait that long. It's been a while since I gave a the app review but it seems like the points system for hotel amenities and the service is gone so I'll do it here manually. 🙂 A 7 for the room, its cleanliness, and accessibility, but totally a 2 for customer service, which covered a bad check in/out experience (parents told me they felt rushed during the check-out) Plus their online customer service lines (via facebook and email) are non-responsive.
