The location is really great beside sm city cagayan and ayala centrio and all the staffs are nice and friendly.

The staffs was accommodating. There is one room service who delivered my breakfast, she is so like morning sunshine. You will always see them smiling widely and their service are fantastic! I was so great when mistaking my schedule instead of july they note it june. but I think it's the owner who gave me a room that is a family room. They are so kind. I really recommend emerald suites for you guys. walking distance to centrio mall, gaisano, sm downtown, and limketkai mall. also to cogon market. Sure I will be choosing this again.

The employee are accommodating, and the place is clean. I like the smell of bedding, it doesn't smell like laundry soap, it's important to Me because I have sinusitis, and yeah I had a great sleep.

The hotel was very clean. No elevators,ok for me.Bfast was ok.The ladies on the resto were very friendly and cheerful.Parking is limited.Near malls.Worth the price.

One word. Location. We had a comfortable stay at Emerald Suites. The hotel is very convenient for travellers as it is near restaurants, malls, public transportation. Will stay here again.
