This is a perfect place to stay in Legazpi City. It is 15 minutes away from Legazpi Airport. It's very accessible if you want to go in Cagsawa Ruin and other tourist spots in the city. Jeepneys are passing by in the corner and front of the building bound to the tourist spots like the Mayon Volcano. Also, buses are passes here if you are going to Tabaco Port. Malls are definitely just around the place like Ayala Mall etc.

The first night we checked in was not good. We booked the fan room early in the morning and I have the voucher. I let them check the voucher once we get to the hotel after our long day travel. And then they just told us that there are no available fan room. They told us to transfer to an air conditioned room and asked for extra an charge!? But we ended up taking the air conditioned room. But they turned off the aircon and no fan at all.

The room is clean and tidy. Very nice location. Accommodating staff. 1 Complimentary bottled water 300 ml for 2 days stay only. Food choices for breakfast is not that great. Water dispenser is available but you need to pay whenever you need to get a cup or glass of water.

Everything was great except for one thing. The time of serving the complimentary breakfast was a bit late because it was scheduled from 6am to 10am. The problem had arisen because most of the Inn’s clients were let takers and they had to be at their testing venue before 6:30am. Although they had started serving at 5:30am, it was still of less avail because of the slow pacing of serving the food. I just want them to start serving their breakfast in an earlier time for the benefit of their customers. Thank you and more power.😊

My stay at Legazpi Tourist Inn was quite great. I was just a bit disappointed with the noise that was coming from the ceiling fan, because of that I had difficulty falling asleep. I hope it will be resolved. Thanks.

I would like to thank Ate Gaychelle and Kuya Marlon for helping us with our tour, they're friendly too! Other staff needs more training when it comes to customer service. I was surprised when I learned that you have to pay certain amount every time you'll get water from their dispenser. Great things about the place is the safety and location, very near the church, malls, some of the tourist spots, transportation, eatery and convenient stores. Definitely will come back and recommend this place
