Awesome experience. the staff are very accommodating and polite. Efficient room service. Our bathroom needs everyday cleaning though because it gives a faint smell at the end of the day, but other than that everything is satisfactory.

The room was big. But not that clean. CR was not that clean either. Food was not that great too. Wifi did not reach our room. So I guess it was an average hotel for backpackers.

This is an very old hotel smell not good just like old sofa bed of smell for the price of 1,494.12 is not worth it..

Poor attendance service. I decided to extend my stay so I pay on their staff, and did not hand me a receipt because they said okay already, but upon my check out the other staff was not informed and she still ask me for a payment, I mean why not recorded.

No WiFi in the room. Only the lobby but not working. Water shortage in the morning. Unattended requests eg fixing the TV. No phone in the room in case there is any request.

Overall okay, except for the bathroom lights that suddenly break up which automatically makes the hot shower shower off. Unfortunately the damage could not be handled directly because the technician never arrived for repairs.
