The property only accepts 1 Pax/guest per room type. 2. The property is a Department of Tourism (DOT) and Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) Accredited hotel that accepts OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKER and RETURNING OVERSEAS FILIPINO, the hotel strictly follows community quarantine guidelines and protocols established by the government. 3. Hotel accepts only quarantine bookings, for this reason, it is necessary for the guest to make contact prior to their arrival with the hotel. Otherwise, Hotel may reject the bookings. 4. A refundable security deposit might be required upon check-in amounting to a one-night room charge or a maximum of Php 1,500. However, the total amount may vary depending on the property policy. This security deposit is fully refundable and is subject to damage inspection by the property. 5. We are a completely non-smoking property. Please be advised that penalty charges may apply depending on property policy. 6. All requests, including parking, early check-in/late check-out, bed configuration are subject to availability and additional fees may apply. 7. Visitors are not allowed.
