Looks new from the outside The interior is in need of some repairs. The room that I am in is a "VIP" room, but 1. There is a lot of dust in the room, there are pieces of leaves in it. 2. There is only one glass of water, you have to ask for more. The important thing is that the glass is dirty, there are stains, don't dare to use it. Is it still there? 4. The wooden decoration is damaged, showing off at many points. 5. The air conditioner has a smell. Advantages 1. Beautiful view because the room is on the top floor 2. Not noisy because entering the alley 3. All lovely staff

พนักงานต้อนรัยไม่อยากจะต้อนรับ ไม่มีการต้อนรับที่ดี ไม่มีการรู้ข้อมูลใดๆ ต้องให้เราแจ้งรายละเอียดการจองเองเหมือนเราต้องมาง้อขอเค้านอนทั้งๆที่จองห้องsuite ห้องไม่สะอาดเลย เหม็นอับ แอร์ไม่เย็น เจอแมลงสาบในห้อง โทรไปขอเปลี่ยนห้องพนักงานต้อนรับไม่ขอโทษแม้แต่คำเดียว พูดว่าห้องsuiteทั้งโรงแรมมีห้องเดียว น่าเกลียดมาก เราเลยบอกว่างั้นขอเปลี่ยนประเภทห้องแล้วให้ทางโรงแรมคืนส่วนต่างมา วางสายไป สักพักโทรกลับมาบอกว่าโรงแรมมีอีกห้องอยู่ชั้นสาม (แล้วตอนแรกบอกมีห้องเดียวทั้งโรงแรม) ให้รปภ.มาพาเปลี่ยนห้อง ซึ่งรปภ.มีกล่าวขอโทษ มารยาทดีมาก ดีกว่าพนักงานต้อนรับเยอะ พอเปลี่ยนมาห้องใหม่ แอร์ยังไม่เย็นเหมือนเดิม แต่ห้องสะอาดขึ้นมาก งงว่าทำไมถึงไม่รู้ข้อมูลโรงแรมตัวเองขนาดนั้น และมีห้องที่ดีกว่า ทำไมไม่ให้เราแต่แรก จนถึงตอนนี้ก็ยังไม่มีขอโทษอะไรเลย ไม่คุ้มค่าต่อการเข้าพัก

Might have to bother improving the cleaning a bit, there are still some dust and hair bits in the bed area. But overall the atmosphere is very good.

For me, the room is dirty, dusty, cobwebs, hair on the floor, bed edges, cabinets, not bright lights, and various equipment. Inside the room looks old. and cannot be used Especially the bathroom The shower is too high. The water flow is very light, the room is only on the 2nd floor, room 203, the bathroom is narrow, the pipe smells bad, there is a delicious breakfast.

The bathroom is not clean, there are tufts of hair on the floor. room smells musty It's like having termites in the closet.
