This hotel offers the best service. Every problem they solves.

Rooms have the air conditioner unit just right outside the balcony which means you cannot open your tiny balcony space the only window to get some fresh air. Lots of noise from the ac. Felt claustrophobic everytime I had to go to the hotel to sleep during my stay in Bangkok. And I had already paid for 5 nights in advance, so I was stuck there. Requested to move us to a slightly better room the very first night I saw the room personally. But was declined with a cold shoulder from the front desk lady. Not recommended.

Best hotel! Will definitely come back again if I visit Bangkok again 🤩.

It 's clean and good hospitality.

Good location for those with private car as BTS is quite a walk away. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity. Room is adequate but could be cleaner with better quality soap and towels.

Clean and comfortable, not far from BTS.

Accommodating staffs and are also Filipino. Room at the 3rd floor and lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage, good thing there's a man to bring it up as I was alone when I arrived. Great location in Silom. Walking distance to night market, restaurants and spas.

Good clean functional hostel in good location with friendly helpful staff. Only neg is the dorm beds are hard.
