The receptionist is welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the room needs improvement — I encountered small cockroaches a few times. The towels are also old and torn. The lobby area is very crowded with packages and goods ordered from Pratunam Market.

Very friendly hotel staff, very friendly to Indonesian guests.

The towels and bedsheet were very old and worn badly. My friend and her kids breakfast, not much variety and no chance to choose. The hallway down the lobby was very messy and unwelcoming.

The hotel staff is very friendly, named Swan, the room is clean.

Originally, it was urgent to find a 3-4 star accommodation, but there was no parking, the alley was very narrow and chaotic.

Staff is friendly, room also clean every day. Location also strategic. Just need to look for preparation of the room, the room is smelly due to the drainage of the toilet, so every time we came back to the room without AC, the rooms is full of smell of the drainage.

Although I have missed the stay due to my father's unpredictable sick incident, I appreciate the hotel's thoughtful gesture and assistance given. I am still very happy and will proceed with my next trip and stay over De Lux Bangkok Hotel. Its accessibility is also one of my considerations.

The room is very small, the bathroom smells, the stuff outside the room and the lobby are messy everywhere, it feels like a warehouse. It is more suitable as a 2-star hotel, it is not worthy of a 4-star rating. Breakfast is brought to the room in the form of a la carte, the choice of a la carte menu is also very limited. It seems that this hotel does not have a restaurant or pantry for breakfast, considering the condition of the hotel lobby which is dark, narrow and stuffy. It is quite a long walk to the BTS Station. The good thing is that the location is right in the Pratunam Market area. The condition of the hotel is not yet worthy of being categorized as a 4-star hotel. Thank you.

The staff named Shaw is nice and very helpful, the room is actually good but the bathroom smells really bad. During my 5 day stay, the bathroom always smells bad.

Actually, the hotel was dark when I entered, and my room didn't have a window. But the plus side is that there are lots of halal foods around, and the location is in Pratunam.

Overall great. Good location and the staff was very nice. She allowed us to keep luggage in the lobby of the hotel since our flight back is in the night. It would be perfect if you change the bed because the mattress is kind of hard.

Already taken for 2 people, suddenly when checking in was told to upgrade the room for 3 people. Because the one for 2 people was said to be full, and was told to add 2,200 baht which means more than 1 million.
