This hotel was in a very good location right across the street from the wall and moat around the old town. The rooms were large and clean. There was a good breakfast with cooked-to-order eggs, waffles, and pancakes plus other items.

No water heater in the sink and the shower heater is cold. My auntie got sick after taking a cold shower. I talked the staff but they weren’t very helpful

My adult kids and I have enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. The room was simple yet comfortable and clean. I think would have been better with a few more items in the room such as another chair (only one chair for a 3-people room) and night stands next to the beds as there were no place to put anything next to you). We've appreciated the free water bottles in the rooms and in the lobby, but would have been better if they had a drinking fountain (with filtered water) in the lobby to refill reusable bottles as I don't like using so much plastic. I also like the convenient location as it was walking distance to so many places (it's just outside the Old City wall and a 10 to 15-minute walk to the center and to so many night markets). And if don't feel like walking, it was easy to grab a Grab car (similar to Lyft/Uber)...cheaper than taking tuk tuks which was fun but I think they overcharge tourists (I haggled one time and it worked). There's also a small plaza right in front with a bar/restaurant and couple of fast food places (American) which we were not interested but we've visited the nail salon which was really nice. I also recommend Fern Forest Cafe (really close to hotel) and its spa place called Calm Massage. ATM, pharmacy and a small grocery store (had to go to these places) were also nearby.

This boutique hotel has the kindest staff I’ve ever experienced. It was great to be located within walking distance of many great restaurants, incredible temples, and street food vendors. I would definitely stay here again!

Tv network is extremely poor with limited channels. Bathroom shower-head holder bar does is not able to adjust height as it is not in working condition.

The hotel was conveniently located in an excellent area. The breakfast was good and the room was very spacious. However, upon arrival there was mold in our shower. Although the room was cleaned regularly, they skipped the bathroom all together as the mold was never cleaned off. There was also an issue with the paid laundry. When asked for a solution, the younger staff were unable to provide us with one and instead spoke amongst themselves, giggled, and ran away. After about 25 minutes of standing and waiting at the machine, a more senior staff came to assist and the problem was rectified right away. After this experience, some of the same young front desk staff were rude for the next 2 days until we checked out. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget place to stay this hotel is a good option but do not expect much.

Pretty decent location and put you right into the action. Has nice live bar in front on the plaza. Only problem i had was the shower floor was engineered in correctly and doesnt drain water towards the drain, leaving a pool of sitting water after getting out of the shower.

Everything was great but it was very upsetting to see a fish tank at the front with absolutely nothing in it but big fish. I’m not even a fish person but I know this is terrible for their wellbeing.
