Great stay at this hotel! Very family friendly- pool with slide and shallow area, play room with toys for toddlers and a video game room. Rooms and beds were very comfortable, service was great, would definitely recommend for families!

Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Just a short 10 minute walk to Asok station and Terminal 21 for some of the cheapest food at Pier 21. Overall a fantastic hotel!

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly! The room and hotel was very clean and well kept! We paid a little more to have a room with a washing machine which was a great option and made it easier for our next location (laundry was less thing to worry about). I would definitely stay here again. The only issue was the pillows! There were 4 pillows (2 per person) but both too firm and very deep / big! Unfortunately there were no other options so sleep was disturbed. If they would increase the options of pillow firmness that would be great! But not a reason to stop me coming back! Thank you for the great service!!

We stayed with young children and this was perfect. From a slide at the pool to a games room with a Nintendo Switch, there was always something to do. Polite and friendly staff.
This is 5 min walk to Emsphere shopping mall. Plenty of options!
Only thing is the rooms are not very soundproof, so if you are a very light sleeper, this is something to note. It however did not bother us much, and we would stay here again.

Loved the setup of this hotel. Very quiet and comfortable indoors and cool pool area outside. The breakfast layout was amazing! Tucked away from the main road so not a lot of commotion but still easy to walk to main strip and find food or walk to the shopping center. I highly recommend!

If you need to stay in the centre of Bangkok, you would not be disappointed with your stay at the Novotel. It has a good location, but is very quiet, clean with lovely amenities.

Be careful you go to the right Novotel. There is another one nearby
Other than that, everything was great. The mexican bar is pretty cool and they host some fun nights.

We have stayed here multiple times for our last trips in Bangkok and we have loved everything about the hotel! With two kids the room is so spacious and has everything you need. The kids room is just fabulous situated just by the pool where we could relax while the kids were enjoying the kids playroom. The pools is great! Most of all though the staff are amazing! Everyone goes above and beyond and does a great job , from reception to cleaners, bar staff , restaurant staff the doormen! All around fabulous ! We will back!

Great family orientated hotel with expansive breakfast options, activities, and pool. Excellent and friendly service from the staff and large, comfortable rooms to boot. The only drawback would be the location. The area is very very busy making anything but taking the BTS a time consuming, frustrating challenge. The issue is that the two nearest stations are at least a 12 to 15 minute walk, which on a hot, humid day with a toddler, can be uncomfortable. Therefore, we chose to use cabs to leave the hotel, then took the BTS to get back to our room. The proximity to the BTS was the only drawback to staying here, because everything else was pretty perfect. The 60 bhat iced coffees from the restaurant deserve mention as well!

This was a perfect family stay in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel provides endless amenities for kids - amazing pool & waterslide, free pop corn, happy hour milkshakes, kids club, activities in the room (colouring books, stuffed animals, toys). It was so easy and fun to stay there as a family.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! A special thanks to the staff for getting in contact with my taxi driver after I forgot my passport and money in the safe!
