Amazing place

Great hotel with nice and helpful staff. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants. The night market is right across the street. We’ve stayed here twice and will be coming back again.

New resort with friendly staff and 2 min walk to Kata beach. Kata beach appears much busier than some other beaches as there are beach chairs lined up everywhere. Kids loved the slide at Ozo. Breakfast quality and spread was great. Easy to walk around for dining and shopping options.

파타야에서 이용한 경험으로 푸켓에서도 이용했습니다. 룸은 파타야랑 구조등이 똑같고요. 조금 좁긴한데 어린아이 포함 셋이 이용하기는 충분합니다. 침대도 킹이라 넓고 좋고요. 화장실과 벽장이 크게 뒤쪽에 숨어있는 형태입니다. 수영장이 무엇보다 좋고 3군데나 있어요!! 썬베드와 타월 제공도 좋습니다. 수영장 이용 너무 즐겁게했습니다. 카타 한복판이고 호텔 뒷편에 해변 나가는 길이 있어서 해변과도 아주 가깝고 편리하게 갈 수 있습니다. 잘몰라서 스탠다드 방? 했는데 길가쪽이라 밤에 둠칫둠칫 사운드에 방에 진동이 느껴질 정도인게 단점이에요ㅜㅜ 잠들면 잘모르는 타입이라 잘 때는 괜찮았습니다. 소음에 민감하신 분들은 발코니 타입 룸 선택하면 될것 같아요. 안쪽 수영장 쪽으로 베란다라 있어서 조용할것 같아요. 다음에 파타야나 푸켓가면 또 이용하려고요 :)

We loved staying here with our family. The staff were very friendly. The accommodation was spotless. And my kids loved the pools

I really can’t say enough about the experience we had here. The staff is abundant and extremely nice. Anything we needed, they had it. They also treated our two children who are 5 and 7 extremely well. The buffet breakfast every morning was fantastic! They had a happy hour for drinks everyday and a good selection For lunch and dinner as well. It’s a little expensive to eat at the resort for lunch and dinner compared to going out to some of the places nearby but not super expensive for a family of Four overall. The pools were amazing, the gym was good for a hotel, Room was awesome, housekeeping was awesome. The only small complaint we had was our shower was all glass and the seal on the door was poorly designed and leaked when we showered. It looked like the only way to fix it would be to replace the whole door. Nothing the staff could do for that. It’s just a poor design. We just put a towel down to soak up the water. That’s literally the only small inconvenience we had. We loved the place, the vibe and rate it 5/5 stars.

We loved our week at Ozo Phuket! Great facilities, including pools, breakfast, poolside ordering, chill room, movie nights, etc. Rooms were on the smaller side, but it worked for us. Location was super close to the night market where we had dinner most nights. Staff was excellent, always smiling and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location and amazing buffet!

This resort was absolutely beautiful, in a central location, great for families. The staff were amazing, breakfast was lovely. I think there should be a dress code put into place though, especially around the kids pool and pool with the water slide. Alot of swimwear worn by women was inappropriate (if you can even call it swimwear) and children should not be exposed to such nudity. Unfortunately most of the tourists who stayed at this resort the same time as our family lacked respect for others and I'm certain most of the Russian women thought they were at a modelling contest rather than a family holiday destination. Perhaps management could review dress code rules.
