I recently stayed at Samala Hotel, and my experience was unforgettable, especially given the unprecedented earthquake that occurred during my stay. The hotel’s response to the situation was outstanding. The staff acted quickly to ensure everyone’s safety, providing water, keeping guests calm, and offering clear instructions on what to do. Their professionalism and care during the crisis were truly impressive.
On top of that, I had the pleasure of being assisted by the hotel’s incredible concierge team, most notably, Sam. He went above and beyond, offering fantastic recommendations for local attractions, providing detailed train schedules, and even sharing the best times to visit the nearby night market. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was speaking with a friend rather than just a hotel employee. His personalized service really made my visit special, and because of him, I would definitely stay at Samala Hotel again.
Both the hotel’s swift and thoughtful response to the earthquake and Sam’s exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

We live in Hua Hin and come to Bangkok often. Stayed at many hotels in the area over the years. 1st time Samala. They may try hard but unlike most of all 4-5 star hotels they still have musty, filthy, worn carpeting in the rooms. Who knows what’s embedded in those fibers that vacuums cannot sterilize. Ughh. This versus non-absorbent tiles whether a ceramic or a wood look.

The hotel staff upgraded our room but the room was beside the carpark of another building so have to draw up the curtain during the stay. There are limited choice of channels on the tv mostly news channel or thai speaking local channel. The buffet breakfast also limited variety of foods not much choices not a five star hotel standard. Near to BTS station Asok & Nana & Terminal 21.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms we spacious and the A/C worked very good. It was a nice place to get out of the craziness of Bangkok. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. The pool area is limited space, but nice.

Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of staying at Samala Hotel Bangkok, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for guests. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist. A special mention to the security guard, Kib, whose warm demeanor and helpful nature stood out. He was not only approachable but also spoke very good English, which made communication seamless.
Room service was consistently prompt and efficient, ensuring all our needs were met without any delays. The front office operates 24/7, which is a huge convenience for travelers checking in or out at odd hours.
The breakfast was delightful, with a wide array of options that varied daily, keeping things fresh and exciting. The dishes were delicious and catered to both local and international tastes.
