We had a room with a pool balcony. The pool needed cleaning when we arrived and outside areas need refreshing and new paint.
The staff were extremely helpful, pool was lovely and food was nice.
However, the hotel is advertised as being on thr beach, but, the building is so far back that the tide is only out for 1 hour a day giving a tiny beach area, the rest of the time you have to access a dirty ladder that leads to the beach and use other properties facilities such as sunbeds if you want to spend any time on the beach

We had an unfortunate ant incident on our first night but after that it seemed better. We saw a few ants crawling on the tv stand so we moved everything away from that corner of the room.
There is also no actual beach but there are some nearby you can do to

The Briza Resort was amazing. From the location (quiet but only a short walk to some great restaurants) and a mere 10 minute walk to the centre of Chaweng - so suitably away from the crowds but on the doorstep if you the night life.
Booked a deluxe private plunge pool - made our holiday. It was fantastic and much larger than what I thought it was going to be. Also a great open space to catch the rays - a private little oasis! Breakfast was ok - standard I would say. Would absolutely recommend The Briza Resort, and thank you again! Great staff

Great location on the beach, staff and service every good.
Easy to get around there is a hill to climb to reception but do have a golf buggy also.
Overall really enjoyed it here a little tired but they keep the grounds and rooms very tidy

The property was beautiful but outdated. My bed was falling apart. It still functioned though. Maybe upgrade to smart tv so foreigners can watch tv that relates to them. The staff were super amazing friendly helpful and just super respectful! The breakfast was just ok. It was worth the price and I would definitely stay again!

Power went out for an entire night from 6 pm to 12 am - resulted in some cockroaches entering the bathroom which I had to kill.
Property is nice and good price but no way is it a 5 star - more like a 3 star hotel.
The showers were also not powerful and my toilet did not flush.
