Before pressing to reserve, read carefully. Plus cleaning fee set at 400 But I couldn't find any cleanliness. What a shocking thing. The room is very suitable for the price of 400, scary, lonely, the air conditioner is not cool. Can't watch TV. First time going and won't go again. Very haunted, accommodation room c325

need to pay extra for cleaning But the condition of the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned The service of the hotel informs that there is wifi, there is a sauna, there is a children's club. The sauna belongs to another building, not the Venetian. The children's club is closed for cleaning. The wifi doesn't work.

ไม่ได้มีการทำความสะอาดไว้รอ ผ้าปูเตียงมีคาบขาวๆตามรูป โซฟาก็มีรอยเท้าคน มีขยะอยู่บนพื้นด้วย แต่พาโทร.ติดต่อก็มีคนมาทำความสะอาดให้ แต่ผ้าปูที่นอนพึ่งมาเห็นต้องค่ำๆแล้วเลยไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข

1. เมื่อมาถึงที่พัก ปกติโรงแรมอื่นต้องมีประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ลูกค้าสอบถามและรอเวลาเช็คอิน แต่ที่นี่ว้าวมาก หยุดและรอที่ด่านห้ามเข้า ต้องโทรเรียกที่พักรอหน้าป้อมจนได้ห้อง 2. ขึ้นมาที่ห้องแล้วบอกฉันว่ามีค่าทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติม และห้องไม่สะอาดเลย งงมาก 3.ตอนเข้าพักมาเจอสภาพห้องตามรีวิว มีหมอนเก่าๆยัดอยู่ในตู้ เหม็นอับมาก ผ้าเช็ดตัวเหม็นอับ 4. มีแมลงสาบในห้อง สุดท้ายนี้น่าผิดหวังมากสำหรับราคาห้องขนาดนี้ ภาพลักษณ์ของโรงแรมแห่งนี้ ตกใจมากที่ได้เห็นครั้งเดียวก็พอ

Very bad room. I booked 2 days but I slept one night and left. Ants were crawling on the walls 😁. Towels were b*******. 3 bottles of water for 2 days booking. 400 Baht for cleaning and the room nothing to clean. The pictures on the site is not what to expect when booked. I regret booking it.
