Amazing place.

Our room had a weird smell and the bathtub was very dirty

It was a good hotel never used the pool as soon as I came out to use it was closed due to short rain …I did love the way one of the staff members kept texting to ask if everything was ok

Very welcoming bed comfortable . Love the shampoo and conditioner lotion there

This was a very put of date Holiday inn Express. It had an odor of an older hotel. The bathroom sucked! The shower head sprayed all over, it leaked and splattered all over tge bathroo. Floor making it very slick. The curtain rod was solid rust! Solid rust. At 1am, while asleep the gyest in room 106 (i was in 108) well his key operated my door, as well. If i didnt have the swing latch engaged this drunk man would have been in my room.

I was very pleased that the front desk employee took into account my request for a bathroom

The room had an overwhelming smell of curry. It was clean. The staff was nice.

It was clean and people were friendly

The check-in process and check out process was smooth and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. As far as the room the TV had something wrong with it there was a blue tint to it in the picture was very dark but we weren't really there to watch TV, the air conditioner was an old style wall mounted unit and it did fine as far as Cooling. The bed was fairly comfortable but this is a personal choice. The breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. Overall I would stay again but there are better choices.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were not impressed with the cleanliness. We found a cockroach in our bathroom and that unfortunately ruined the stay for us. We won’t be staying here again

No elevator to the 2nd floor. Not very convenient when traveling with a toddler. Service was very good.

I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn locations before, but this experience was disappointing. The bathtub was peeling, with visible discoloration that made it look unclean. The carpet and air conditioning had a musty smell, likely due to excess humidity. The room only had two towels, which was inconvenient, and overall, the space felt very outdated. The shower curtain was also loose and didn’t stay in place. Additionally, the hallway leading to the elevator had a very strong smell of marijuana, which was unpleasant and unprofessional for a hotel environment. This location definitely needs better maintenance and stricter cleanliness and safety standards.
