Rude Staff, wouldn't allow our employees to stay because they didn't have a card for the $100 deposit. Even though we prepayed for everything. The security deposit should be mentioned in the fees when checking out so it can be paid online with everything else. The woman at the front desk was a real gem

Charge for parking and didn’t have any space. Had to pay $97 public parking additionally. Room had leak manager had to clean up but the leak was hazardous above electrical stove. Office staff was disorganized for the event and not ready.

Room was clean somehow outdated, front desk staff was not friendly.

First off, my career in the hospitality field and have a vast experience in restaurants, hotels, and catering facilities / banquet halls etc. So when I personally encounter negative experiences in these types of environments, I always give the benefit of the doubt. After a short stay in March, my experience was less than satisfactory. There are multiple hotels within (2/3) blocks, all are owned by the same company. So don't be fooled by other listings for near by hotels. All the hotels share the same check in location which is also a small convivence store and it get crowded very quickly with a minimal amount of people in it. The staff at check-in were very rude in the manner that they answer questions and provide minimal information. Honestly they seemed annoyed by their guests presence. I arrived very early prior to check in, not expecting a room to be available, but at least get the payment process started. I was not greeted with a hello or how can I help, just a "Yeah" and "your room isn't ready yet, you have to wait or pay the difference for a room that is available." I have no problem waiting I know I'm extremely early. Left came back to finish check in at the "proper" time and waited nearly 40 mins just to get to the front of the line. I was finally given 1 room key that didn't work on my door, back in line to get that fixed. The room itself was poorly maintained. The blinds were broken, complely

The property was dirty. The room was dirty and in poor condition.

Dirty pool. No coffee in room. Tv was broken. Parking very confusing. Me and 2 other guests couldnt find the office. King size bed took up the entite room. Mold on a piece of bread served. Door very difficult to open. When tv did work, very difficult to navigate thru the channel's. Why woukd Expedia even offer this place?

It was exactly what we wanted. Small, cozy and close to the beach.

SADLY PLACE HAD ROACHES COMING FROM THE STOVE AREA

It was a perfect spot. Away from the noise of the street and the Boardwalk but very close to the beach. We enjoyed the Patio where we ate our breakfast and a few times a Dinner. Close Sheridan street and therefore easy acsess to 95 highway. Kitchen had no supplies but apparently the bring utensils upon request something that was not said to us upon check in so we bought our own. Only complaint I have is that the store at the Reception is very expensive. 4 beers and a soda were 41 Dollars. So come prepared. Otherwise a great place with super friendly Staff

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed to find that it did not match the photos online. The property is very outdated and definitely in need of renovation. The bathrooms were extremely small, and the water wouldn’t drain properly—overflowing became a regular issue. The kitchen was also cramped, and the refrigerator wasn’t functioning properly, freezing everything inside regardless of the settings. That said, the one bright spot was the customer service. The staff at the front office were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality really stood out. Overall, while the people working there were fantastic, the facilities themselves need a lot of improvement. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and makes the necessary upgrades.

My honest opinion about this property was the location and the beach, otherwise the hotel inside is not updated, no quality, dirty walls, smelly room and not the best place to sleep in. We only stayed there because the property location was near the beach and restaurants and was not refundable. If you only need the place to sleep, I guess the location pay off the sacrifice.

Property was close to the beach. Room was spacious with amenities that made the stay user friendly. Very clean !!! Maria at the front desk was there when we arrived and left. She was helpful, accommodating, and very patient. A 5 star employee 😊

Great stay. Only the Wifi was really slow.

Very poor quality rooms. Ran out towels. When checking in the women that checked me in gave me wrong dates so I had rent on Saturday for my official last night there. BUGS EVERYWERE! The ONLY thing I appreciated from this place was my customer service from MARIA. She was great and she did her best to accommodate my family with what she was giving. IMPECCABLE great customer service from her “MARIA” when I come back down I will always stop and say hello! She was great!!!!

Good place

Don’t think this place has been rehabbed since 1953. A glorified shanty town or glorified squat comes to mind.

A whole different experience from a traditional hotel.
