Las acomodación están bien, pero las piscinas eran muy pequeñas para la cantidad de edificios, yo pensé que tenían un centro acuático de 7 piscinas, pero tienen siete piscinas algo pequeñas y están distribuidas entre los 20 edificios. Lo que hace que tenga mucha gente.

The absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! We were placed in building 17 on the 4th floor, and it was FILTHY. The floors were dirty, crumbs on all surfaces, soap scum at the bottom of the shower curtain, stains on the sheets, and there was eaten food in the trash bin!!! They moved us to a new room on the 7th floor in the same building and it was much cleaner. We went out to eat the first night and when we returned back to the room, there were a few medium sized tan bugs on the ground that were upside down. We didn’t think anything of it, and just threw them away. When we woke up the next morning, there were TEN of them crawling around. We googled what kind of bugs they were because we had never seen them before… COCKROACHES. One was on my small child’s PILLOW. We were furious, and the front desk didn’t even seem to be bothered about the situation. They moved us to a new building (building 20) and I’m happy to say that we finally got a clean room, but unfortunately the entire building smelt like marijuana the whole week. When I addressed this to the front desk, they didn’t even show any care. I am disgusted at this place, and even worse, the way the staff treats their guests is disgraceful. PLEASE spend the extra money and stay somewhere cleaner, safer, and in a much better environment.

Pros: fair prices, nice pools, large rooms, mostly clean other than the tv stand was dusty and dishes were dirty.
Cons: My 1st room door didn’t lock. I had to wait 1 1/2 for them to bring me a new key to my new room. In my 2nd room we were missing the iron. 2 stove burners didn’t work, my son poke his leg with a screw that was popping out of a chair and the screen from the balcony fell off the track. There's a lot of maintenance needed for this property.

It was my first time staying at Vacation Village. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. My family and I were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and modern. I loved having a kitchen and a washer/dryer. I believe the price was excellent for what the property had to offer. We will definitely try to come back.

Horrible stay. Stayed on July 2nd-4th, both TVs/lights were not working properly once I turned on the light switch. Had to call maintenance. Came back July 7-9, even worse. Same electricity problem in new unit & not only were the tv/room lights not working, I found someone’s hair rubber band on the bedroom tv stand which is disgusting and hair in the shower. I took photos & they were sent to the manager I spoke with per her request, which I never heard anything else from her. I asked for a new room & was moved. We waited 45min for someone to bring us the new room key, even though she said someone was coming as soon as we got off the phone. Then when we got to the new room, it was not properly cleaned either. When trying to wipe down the counter, there were crumbs everywhere behind the toaster, multiple hair strands found on the sheets on the bed, hair on the sink and the fridge top shelf didn’t even look like it had been touched as I saw bottle stains. I have Photos that were sent to the manager. The toilet was not working properly in this unit and had to be flushed multiple times. I had to call maintenance for this unit as well. Once maintenance arrived, I was told a filter needed to be/was changed. However, the same issue was still happening the next day and the toilet was not completely flushing. I spoke with Ryan the MOD who offered to have someone come out again but it was after midnight and I had an early flight to catch.
