I came here at the end of January, the weather was quite cloudy and rainy in Nha Trang, so I couldn't catch many beautiful pictures. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The room is as described, so I am quite satisfied.

All over is good, only thing is Airport transportation from Airport to Hotel way too expensive. Cause almost 1 million VND, when go back call Grab only half price. ( the worst thing is the pick up Vehicle not even a Hotel Vehicle just outside Taxi. Very disappointed…

Really nice hotel, very beautiful. The hotel is quite a way from nha Trang so can’t really walk anywhere but there is a free bus from the hotel (at 11am and 3pm), although we did find these times a little inconvenient so tended to get a grab or you can get the number 23 VinBus (download their app) from Ana marina down the road. The food at the hotel was good, however eating dinner there was expensive so we often ordered grab or went in to nha Trang. Overall, a very nice place to relax and chill.

기대 이하 입니다. 31개월 아기 포함 3명이 1베드룸 풀빌라에 2박, 가든뷰 디럭스 룸 1박 신청 후 당일 체크아웃 했습니다. 직전에 투숙한 모벤픽 풀빌라와 비교되어 더 별로였습니다.
1. 1베드룸 풀빌라가 후기가 별로 없으나 아기와 함께 이용하려면 수영장이 함께 있는 것이 나을것 같라 예약 했고 결론은 비추입니다.
방 공간은 협소하고 수영장쪽 산책로(?)로 직원, 관광객이 계속 드나듭니다. 직전에 투숙한 모벤픽 풀빌라는 풀 앞 쪽이 길이었음에도 둔턱으로 단을 내러 프라이버시가 보장되는 느낌이라면, 아미아나는 산책로가 바로 풀 옆에 있고 더 높이 있어 객실 내부가 아주 쉽게 보이고, 예고없이 직원이 계속 들어오고 관광객은 코앞을 지나갑니다. 관광객과 직원도 머쓱한지 계속 인사까지 합니다. ^^
공간에 에어컨이 충분히 작동하지 않아 실내가 꿉꿉합니다.
침실 공간이 좁고 화장실은 오픈형이나 욕조가 특이 하기 때문에 신혼부부나 연인이라면 추천합니다.
유일한 장점은 프라이빗 해변이 가깝다는 것인데 이건 빌라동은 전부 동일합니다.
2. 스파의 응대는 시내 마사지샵보다도 허술합니다. 머드 마사지와 아로마 테라피 받았습니다. 먼저 머드 마사지 자체는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 바람이 많이 부는 상황에서 샤워실 커튼이 고정이 안되어 개방된 공간에서 나체로 노출될까 매우 불안했습니다.
아로마 테라피의 경우 마사지 예약을 하고 도착했더니 어떤 마사지를 몇분간 받을 것인지 응대 없이(예약시에도 확인 안함) 다짜고짜 향을 고르라고 하더니 마사지 공간으로 안내해 탈의 하라고 합니다. 마사지 종류와 시간에 대해 이야기 한적이 없다 말하니 바디 마사지 60분 아니냐고 되묻습니다. 컴플레인 걸었더니 매니져가 올라와 메뉴 다시 설명하였고 70분 아로마테라피로 받았습니다. 원래도 약하게 받는 편임에도 마사지 압력은 오일을 몸에 바르는 수준이라 매우 실망 스러웠고 방 온도는 너무 낮아 떨면서 마사지를 받아야 했습니다. 또 공간 내 사물함이 없어 가져간 소지품과 벗은 옷은 세면대에 대강 두어야 했고, 사진처럼 창문에 블라인드가 완전히 닫혀있지 않아 앞쪽은 사람이 드나들지 않는 곳인가 했으나 옷을 갈아입으며 보니 남성 직원이 걸어가고 있어 매우 놀랐습니다.
하나 좋았던건 끝나고 계속 몸에서 나는 아로마 향은 만족스러웠습니다. 모벤픽 세레니티보다 가격은 훨씬 합리적이나 퀄리티를 생각하면 왜 후기가 없는지 납득이 됩니다.
4. 바다 건너편 클럽은 주말에 매우 시끄럽고 방에서 노래소리에 맞춰 클러빙이 가능한 수준입니다.
바다 느낌은 딱 광안리 같습니다.
5. 식사는 전반적으로 맛있었고 버기 등 요청한 사항에 대한 응대도 신속하고 빨랐습니다. 직원들의 영어가 매우 능숙하여 의사소통하기도 수월했습니다.
6. 시내와 가까워 이동이 쉽고 배달 어플로 다양한배달음식을 먹기도 용이합니다.
7. 프라이빗 비치에서 스노쿨링이 용이합니다.

It was a wonderful experience in Nha Trang. The resort was fantastic, pools and beach was great. Their white sand beach was a paradise, the mos beautiful beach in Nha Trang. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. You had endless options to choose, very rich buffet with tropical fruits, juices and smoothies. The city was 7 km away, but there were a shuttle bus although we used taxis all the time (it costs from 3€ -5€). For extra charge they did decorate our room, for my birthday and they did a great job. I loved it. Overall a super experience in Nga trang.

Stayed here for a hot second - 2 nights. I was sick the first night from street food in Saigon so unfortunately couldn’t enjoy more of this stunning resort. It’s perfect. Everything about it; location, beach, food, staff, rooms are lovely with very comfortable bedding and bed. I can’t say enough great things about this resort! Wish I had more time here and will definitely come back and recommend this to everyone! Don’t hesitate - book it! It won’t disappoint!

It is what you would expect from a large resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffets were huge and delicious. If this is what you like on vacation this is your place. The beach was great but the pools were very hot and not refreshing in the heat.
The personal touches in large hotels are hard to come by. Unfortunately, during our stay here we visited Monkey Island where someone in our family was scratched by a monkey and we had to go to the emergency room. We approached the front desk and they helped us find a hospital but that is where it ended. No one checked to see we had what we needed upon returning. They did not check on the family member or inquire if we needed help locating bandage supplies or medicine. It all felt very impersonal.
