No hair-dryer, no water available in my room (i have to buy it at receptionist desk). The room is so dirty and have a stone hard bed. The service was not fit with the cost I paid

The hotel tried to take advantage of my booked room for a couple to stay for a few hour when I did not come at the check in time. When I came, they said the room was not available because they did not know what time I came. Finally, when I received the room, it was not clean, they did not change the pillow covers and drapes :(( they were so dirty and still had some hair on.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and comfortable. Close to the center, private and supportive staff quickly and enthusiastically. The car parking is small but not too inconvenient, officially becoming a big fan of Cozrum 🌝. This place is close to Lunch lady so if you wake up late, you should stop by to eat.

The room is clean, the location is very convenient when eating and drinking and there are convenient supermarkets just below the apartment, in front of the park is a park so the early morning air is very open. However, in the bathroom, there is no exhaust fan, so it smells bad and uncomfortable. Add the smell of cooking in the previous room without the fan, so the room also has the smell of food, the smell of kimchi ...
