Luxury Hotels in Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City

Everything is very good (Location, room service, the food, service staff, and the swimming pool) except for the TV. It is set to turn on automatically when the electric power of the room is on. The power cut happened twice at night during my stay so the TV was turned on. It was disturbing.

Hotel is set back from the main road but all the locals know where it is. Bathroom is showing signs of wear and tear but is clean and functional. Friendly staff who will gladly advise and help you. The hotel is close by to all the sights.

Staffs were rude and not paying any attention while serving customers. I am mentioning the staffs who served buffet morning on 10th floor. I asked for an omelette and they made the omelette not as describe at all. Even worse, the cooker left the omelette at their cooking space without bringing to table, and they did not bother calling or notifying me to come and get my dish. The egg was left cold. The morning buffet was a disaster. Some of them are left over, not fresh!

The reception told me that this hotel is full occupied. And then I said I already paid for my room. Finally, he give me 2 single bedroom type instead of 1 master bedroom as my booking. The bathtub is not drained after using.
