The location was very convenient, but the TV never works. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly after All.

The staffs are helpful but the room has every bad sound proof. We cannot sleep the whole night due to engine sounds which was from the motor right next to us.

Pros: good location near many restaurants, famous train street, complete appliances, clean room. Cons: nothing. Highly recommended stay.

The female and male receptionists are not accommodating and the way they responded to us didn’t sound nice. We are you sure if they understood us or not but I travelled with a Vietnamese companion. Also, there were no mineral water served and for 3.000.000 VND for 3 nights of stay, we thought it was very expensive especially when we saw the room. It was overpriced for the service that we received. Only the fireworks show was the main event. Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 at 95 Hang Bong Street is not good to be recommended. I will not check in at this hotel again. It must not be rated 4-stars. Traveloka, please update the info about this hotel. It’s misleading.

Awesome location in Old Quarter larger clean rooms w good shower and decent mattress - nice, simple stay to walk or Grab to tourist locations. Staff helpful, and breakfast simple. For the location, size of rooms and price - great value.

Strategic location near Hanoi Train Street where you can find many restaurants around there. The building is new with clean and large room, well equipted. Unfortunately there is no light in the room corridor at the night. I have booked a room with balcony but the staff said it was broken so I got a room change with a good compensation. Thankyou, we enjoyed our stay here!

Good value for money. Ok breakfast. Very helpful staff at the front desk.
