Luxury Hotels in Tien Thanh Town, Phan Thiet

1. On the arrival date: Check in time was delayed from 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM since the previous guest was disappeared, and they couldn't reach him to pack up his belonging. Manager offered us to switch to the admiral room but we declined since we were with kids. All our need was a family exucutive suite as our booking. This is our choice to wait. But we hope the management should really look into the problem. We drove almost 3 hours from Ho Chi Minh to your place for getting leisure not for waiting. We didn't ask for early check in, but we need on time check in! 2. Room 7011: Checked in at 6.00PM, stepped down to the reception to ask them to fix the air conditioner at 7.00PM as it was super hot in the whole room. But after our dinner at 9.00 PM, nothing was fixed. Called the reception again, they sent a technican to our room doing some adjustment on the air control (to which I had adjusted to 16 degree), and asked us to wait for a hour, the room temp would be cooler. The result was like our family was on the stew pot the whole night. No one could sleep. 3. Room 8011: talked to the receptionist again the next day morning asking for switching to another room with a working air conditioner. They let us switched. But when we stepped in the restroom. Its smelled! Toilet flush valve and bathtub valve were broken. Called and asked them to fix again. The worsts thing was the air conditioner of the bulk bed area still didn't work. Only the inside king bed area seem cooling a bit. We still cannot slept well that night. Conclusion: will never ever come back or recommend movinpick resort! Don't tell me this resort is running by Accord, a world leading hotel group. This trip to us was a terrible experience so far.
